Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is a hospice provider offering end-of-life and palliative care services, including medical care, emotional and spiritual support, and programs like "Gift of a Day" that fulfill meaningful wishes for patients and their families. I worked on the Crossroads Hospice account from 2012 to 2016 as part of the in-house design team at Tag Strategies, contributing to a wide range of print and digital materials, including donor communications, care guides, infographics, and social content. In 2024, I returned as a freelance collaborator, designing a holiday greeting card and the "Gift of a Day" calendar, featuring custom illustration and editorial design.
