Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is a hospice provider offering end-of-life and palliative care services, including medical care, emotional and spiritual support, and programs. I was the primary designer on the Crossroads Hospice account from 2012 to 2016 as part of the in-house design team at Tag Strategies, contributing to a wide range of print and digital materials, including donor communications, care guides, infographics, and social content. In 2024, I returned as a freelance collaborator.

Each year, Crossroads distributes a calendar that highlights one perfect day where patients can forget about their illness and focus on what they love. The theme for 2024 was a map featuring custom illustrations that represent each story.
